Getting started with Solr

This is literally just a startup-kit for installing solr (v4.9.0) on top of tomcat (v7) on top of ubuntu (v14) using vagrant.

Just download this repo.

And from the root folder, type

vagrant up

(After 30min or so) You will have a preconfigured system with solr ready to go!

Point your browser to http://[IP_OF_VM]:8080/solr
